Oh Honey
Raw, unfiltered, off our own hives on the prairie around Halliday, North Dakota.
Two people, their own hives, and a jar that has had nothing done to it.
Why it tastes like this
Small operation.
On purpose.
Nothing done to it
It is not heated flat or filtered clear. It goes from the frame into the jar, which is why it varies through the year and why it sets solid.
Our own hives
Every jar comes off frames we pulled. The boxes get moved on a flatbed at night and set back down where the season is running.
Long enough to know
He has kept bees since 2009. The company has run under its own name since 2019.
Filled and carried by us
Two people fill it, label it and stand behind the table when you buy it.
